Alder Koten, the consulting firm that helps shape organizations through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services, announced today that Pedro Perez-Solero has joined the firm to lead the global communications & marketing practice.
Mr. Perez-Solero joins the firm as a partner and will be splitting his time between the firm’s offices in Madrid and Miami. She will be involved in executive search work focused on CEOs and senior-level executives; and consulting engagements related to advertising agencies, media, public relations and communications firms, e-businesses, production companies, marketing consultants, publicists, promoters and a variety of other companies in the communications & marketing sector.

Mr. Perez-Solero founded B&E in Madrid prior to joining Alder Koten. He has performed extensive search work for advertising agencies, media, public relations and communications firms, e-businesses, event organizers, production companies, consultants, publicists, promoters and a variety of other companies from different sectors that trust his understanding and knowledge of the market.
His professional background also includes experience in legal consulting and human resources. Mr. Perez-Solero began his career at Publicidad Cabitel (Grupo Telefónica), and in 1990 joined Grupo Avanzit where he rose to the position of Director of Human Resources of the group. From 1991 to 1993, he was Secretary General for the Asociación de Agencias de Medios Publicitarios (AM). In 1998, Pedro joined Ballantyne Archer Executive Search as an Associate Consultant, and in 2001 he was named Department Head of Executive Search at MBD Gestión y Desarrollo y Negocios S.A. In October, 2003, Pedro founded B&E where he served as Senior Partner Director.
Mr. Perez-Solero holds a master’s degree in marketing from ESEM in Madrid, a master’s degree in corporate law from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid, and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
