A Mechanical Engineer by training with an MBA degree, Richard has a diversified corporate experience ranging from the oil & gas, electronics, pharmaceuticals, tourism, financial services and the healthcare services sectors.

IMD members are appreciative to Fisher Leadership, IMD Australia & New Zealand, to have introduced and recommended Minerva, who joined the organization following the recent global conference of IMD in Paris.
