Richard Hoon is an expert in this rapidly growing market where he founded I Search Worldwide in 2002 after having been in the search business for almost 25 years. Prior to becoming a search consultant, Richard was a senior corporate executive managing commercially operating businesses. A Mechanical Engineer by training with an MBA degree, Richard has a diversified corporate experience ranging from the oil & gas, electronics, pharmaceuticals, tourism, financial services and the healthcare services sectors.
