Prior to becoming a search consultant, Richard was a senior corporate executive managing commercially operating businesses. A Mechanical Engineer by training with an MBA degree, Richard has a diversified corporate experience ranging from the oil & gas, electronics, pharmaceuticals, tourism, financial services and the healthcare services sectors.
